I had an opportunity to visit BABA GARIBNATH VIKLANG SAH JAN SEVA SANSTHAN in function organized by the regional office, Punjab National Bank, Muzaffarpur in 2012. This intitution is providing eduction and rehabiliitation services to the deaf and dumb children having from poorer section of society. The dedication committment hard work of the persons associated in running this institution is commendable. I wish all success in future endeavours.
